Macedonian geographical position is giving easy access to every state of the European continent and its nearby neighbours. Company leads the complete line for processing of cherry and pepper. Production process of these raw materials is composed by few process like automatic washing, showering, then dicing pepper on slices, inspection for final cleaning, and process od freezing. For pepper there is: Shel freezing (-40*C to -45*C) - keeps the same characteristics like fresh pepper. Production process for cherry is almost the same. Packing is prescripted by high standards of HACCP system.
